Chloe Scott
Solicitor - BA (Hons)
Chloe is a Solicitor and has worked in conveyancing since 1999. The past 10 years of her career have been in upper management in national and regional firms .
This experience is underpinned by strong academic and professional training. She is a specialist legal advisor for a wide range of residential property matters including leasehold, freehold, new build, shared ownership sales and purchases as well as, deeds of easement, deeds of variation, transfers of equity, adverse possession applications and all types of remortgages.
With a 'can do' proactive attitude and an aptitude for problem solving, Chloe is determined to ensure clients are protected and able to comfortably and quickly secure their transaction goals .
Ethan Scott
Post Completion Executive
Ethan ensures post completion requirements such as stamp duty filing and HM Land Registry registrations are carried out within required timescales. Ethan has strong organisational and IT skills to ensure all post completion tasks are carried out accurately and quickly.
Ned Nederlander
Well Being Team Leader
Our Well Being team is headed up by Ned Nederlander who undertakes the role with compassion and ensures all colleagues feel positive and ready to face their next challenge. Ned is currently expanding the Well Being team and is training Nelly Scott to Well Being Executive however she remains on probation for the time being.
